SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders can take 5-7 days of processing time before it is shipped out.

Please take the processing time into consideration when placing your order for expedited shipping. 

Please also remember that we are open Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm CT. Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the following week.

All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.

  LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE?

Once your package leaves our warehouse, THE PEOPLE PRODUCTS is no longer responsible for your package. If it is lost, stolen or damaged, you can either:

  • file a claim with Route if your package is protected with their shipping insurance,
  • or you can contact FedEx directly to file a claim for your package. 

RETURNS

You can return item(s) by mail:

RETURNING BY MAIL 

If you received your order and it was shipped incorrectly (i.e. you didn't receive what you ordered), you can either return the received items for refund or exchange. Any items received based on company (THE PEOPLE PRODUCTS, Inc) error and returned for exchange or refund can be returned through FedEx at the expense of the company. The company will send out replacements for any orders shipped incorrectly at no cost to the customer. Please contact us via email at info@thepeopleproducts.com with your order number, you contact information and we will contact you with further instruction.

If you receive the correct order and decide to return the items for exchange or refund, you please contact us via email at mv@ethnosolutions.com with your order number, you contact information and we will contact you with further instruction. You will be responsible for returning the unopened and unused items to our home office address at 329 West 18th Street, STE 415, Chicago Illinois 60616.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. 

  • Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return if there is a billing difference. 
  • Shipping Charges: Unless the requested refund is due to company error, we cannot refund shipping charges. Once the returned items have been received by the company, you will be refunded the amount of the product less the shipping charges. Your return will be processed within 5-10 business days after we received the returned items.

DISCOUNTS

All discount codes given are valid for no more than 30 days, unless otherwise stated. All discount codes must be entered as shown. No Discounts will be honored for sale items.

Discount codes sent via email, text, social media, etc. are only valid for orders processed using the code. Discounts will not be applied to orders placed without codes entered or after codes have been issued.
